What is this??
Discussion
I was at our Special Vehicles test track yesterday for an event. First time I’d been on the track itself, and there is a strange circular antenna array just over the fence.
And idea what it is for? Not far from BHX so is it related to that?

It’s just there because it used to be an RAF base (Honiley)?
I could be wrong.

Yes it's very much in use as part of en route airways.
VORs are clever things that provide a bearing to the receiving aircraft and with an additional bit of kit also provide range.
They have a fixed-phase reference signal and a rotating variable-phase signal. By comparing the difference in phase the aircraft receiver can work out the bearing.
