I wouldn't normally post things like this but I've recently had a lot of clients concerned about another base rate rise and it's impact on mortgage pay rates.

I've just had this from one of the leading UK mortgage lenders.........they are increasing every single one of their rates. We've had similar from other lenders too.....

We have removed from sale our Two Year Fixed Rate Fee Saver products within our UK Buy to Let

Had potentially been looking at taking out a BTL in the future but this is all looking a bit wobbly!

It's across the board.........the above is just a single example............we've got numerous applications to get submitted to various lender by 10:30pm tonight....

This was just supposed to be a nudge for anyone sitting on a rate decision on a right now, to make it quickly, thats all.......

Do you think they've increased to the extent which would indicate a base rate rise of 0.50% - 0.75% on Thursday ?
