New UK Pimp My Ride

Can't see anything outside of the archives so here's a new thread. Top Gear have announced a new Pimp My Ride UK. Mercifully seems to be unrelated in any way to the Westwood hosted show from years ago. I wonder if they'll rip all the stuff out after filming is completed like they used to?

Initial images show a woman in a very pink Mitsubishi GTO surrounded by some blokes I assume are the mechanics etc for the show. I can't wait to see how bad it is experience this show with an open mind.

I still cringe from when he said “this Capri is more Crapee”.

I'm sure in the previous episodes, a lot of cars couldn't even go on the roads as they weighed too much and the fibreglass would crack etc. Quite a bit of stuff got removed after filming.

I'm really not sure this show needed, yet another, reboot tbh. Another one of those shows that suited the era / scene it originally came from a couple of decades back and didn't really need a 2022 reboot.
