Watched the last episode last night, despite it starring that old munter, Alicia Vikanderlaugh A tv series, see in Paris, about the making of a 1916 film called ‘Les Vampires’; this series is itself a remake of film called Irma Vep made by the same director in 1996. I think I’ve got that right. Anyhoo, very enjoyable, I saw one reviewer describe it as ‘meta’ which after having looked up what that meant, I’d have to agree. 9 Gitanes out of 10.

I'm going to have to try again. I fell asleep, but just because it was late and I was tired, but my wife enjoyed it.
