Any decent auto electrician or alarm specialist could probably bypass it in 5 minutes so this may be an option for you.
Difficult to get advice on things like this when your fairly new to the forums.

You didn't post a location but if you're near the North East, I have quite a bit of experience bypassing, removing and fitting new alarms.

Thanks, I am in Lincolnshire, I ve got the wiring diagram so I ll be heading out to the garage in a bit

Thats on top of the hour taken to reach the required connector. :-)

Luckily Matt Smith who fitted the alarm replaced the 10mm nuts with wing nuts so made it a whole lot easier to remove the dash top. Long story short I ve managed to do the required work with the aid of wiring diagrams and now she starts every time without incident and manged to keep the alarm and remote central locking intact so all good, thanks for the replies

If you have bypassed the immobiliser, be sure to tell your insurance company, they love not to pay out. !
