1st Central Car Insurance - anyone used them?

Before I take the plunge; looking to get a quick take on 1st Central Car insurance, what is the general consensus? Good? Bad?

Both the wife and I were with them last year. No issues - she had a claim to make, easily reported online and dealt with without stress, good communication etc. Would certainly have no problems recommending them.

Was with them when i had the Monaro, really good price, never had to claim or anything but when it came to changing they charged me over £150 in cancellation fees or various types.

I change card a lot, did you need to change a car on teh policy?

I've used them but never had a claim, very good experience overall.

Yes, can be done easily online.

I was with them when I had my first, and so far only, (non-fault) claim back in 2018. Very easy to deal with, and their initial settlement price (car was written off) was for the value I had bought the car for just 6 months prior. Everything was quick and easy with them; no complaints whatsoever.
