Probably need AV forums but;

I want to record onto my VHS video recorder the TV picture whilst using it to display my PC output (eh?).

So, I have my TV showing my desktop via a VGA input. I need to get the TV to output this (possibly via SCART) to my video recorder.

Any ideas?

What model TV and video are they??

Normally, there is an option in the TV setup menu for you to choose what is outputted from the scarts. If VGA isn't an available output then there should be one called "TV" which basically outputs whatever you can see on the screen at the time.

Then just plug the TV SCART into the video SCART AV in, choose the AV input on the video and record.

Hard to be any more help without knowing what models they both are.
