Pedo top trump stickers

Couldn’t think of a better way to describe this, so apologies
I took my toddler for a walk around the lake by my folks house on the east side of Southampton, on a lamp post was a top trump style sticker, about some alleged pedo, his age, location, what he like to fiddle with et etc. bit odd
Just now walked up to the co op by my house (15 miles from my folks) on the west side of Southampton and there were 5 or 6 of them outside the shop
Anyone else seen these or is it just a local loony round here.
