Okay, this may be normal for some and if so (MODS) feel free to move appropriately.

I've got my aged X5 on eBay, sorned for 12-14 months(?), really good nick but showing a trans. failure intermittently.

Might be repairable but may be more ready for parting.

Got a guy (2500+*) on ebay ready to collect,1000+ mile round trip from Russian bordering county.

What gives, hes ready to fly in and ferry out this weekend!

Price of cars in Nordic countries can be ridiculous. If he needs a donor car, that might even avoid the import taxes.

But the guy is ready to fly in and ferry out in a car I've been very clear to explain does no more than 100 odd miles without going into limp mode!

Photos, garage recipes etc etc

If he really wants it them fair enough but not looking to fleece anyone.

Sold an old VW T4 to some Baltic chap, he paid, and some geezer arrived a few days later, didn’t speak a word of english, and away it went.
