Fixed head boot catch

Morning all,

Does anyone know what the boot catch came from on a fixed head ?

Mine decided to give up last night on the way home from work. Both of the mounting lugs have snapped off :( Looks like one has been snapped off for a while and the bumpy roads round mine were just too much for one to cope with .......

It does however look as though they have been welded on before so I don't know if TVR have ' modified ' a standard part or it's happened to a previous owner.

It might be possible to weld them back on again but the metal is very thin and corroded.

Frayed knot.

You could try Moore Racing, bound to have a few ripped off race cars. Failing that it's off to the scrappy this weekend...
