Check out the technical site

and go to xflow to OHC page re how to swap from the x flow to cam.
The 2 litre is the better out of the two choices of OHC but a decent 1600 xflow will do practically the same.
It is also dependent on the axle ratio (check out the FAQ page on the technical site)
At the end of the day a Geep is not a performance sports car (two breeze blocks wide side into the wind).
The most (reaslistic) speed anyone has had out of a Geep is about 80 - 85 mph but then it is a pain.
