Paranoid for scratching my nose at the wheel

Hi guys,

I may be paranoid here, I was scratching my face whilst driving today and a police car went the opposite way. Is it possible they could be confused and think I was using a mobile and prosecute me?

When I was about 10, I was walking back from town with my sister, both eating donuts from the local bakery.

I licked the sugar off my lips, apparently as a Police car went past. Next thing I know he'd turned round and ran out of the car shouting at me for sticking my tongue out at him! Absolute helmet of a copper.

He threatened to tell my parents, which I said was fine by me, as I still had half the donut in the bag.

You can drive alongside a Police car on a dual carriageway for 5 miles in a convertible with a Dom Joly mobile the size of a house shouting down the phone about how inept the Police are and I think you'll probably be found not guilty, or maybe I'm just bitter.

If they don't know what your normal face looks like then they won't know you're using a mobile face.

Is it actually the guilt that you were trying to pick your nose, saw the police car and quickly feinted a scratch on the side of the nose instead?

When you go to court, you will have to confess that you are guilty.
