Anyone had an issue with their tracking eating tyres? Might sound a little extreme but I had a puncture this morning and when the tyre was removed the inside of it for about 2 cms was bald with a couple of areas worn through to the interior. Similar story on the other front. Now this isn't on a Nissan Sunny thats been around the clock - its a car bought 2 months ago from a main dealer who had fitted new tyres. I've spoken to the dealer and they've suggested its possible I could have knocked the tracking out myself, which is a possibility I suppose but unlikely.
So has anyone had similar symtoms? I really don't want to steam roller the dealer which would be my normal tactic but then again I'm pretty pissed that I've done under 2000 miles and need 2 new tyres.
Anyway - one good thing - I seem to have got a good price for Toyos £130 +VAT seems cheap or has anyone seen better?

Replaced my two front tyres (Toyos T1-S) a month or so a go and paid £280 for two including VAT, values, fitting, balancing etc...

The cheapest place I found is Bracknell Tyres 01344 411323

Wear on the inner edge of a Tusc is a common problem (more common than not, I'd say!) - it's down to the geometry set-up. Get it down to a decent TVR dealer/specialist for a full alignment job & that should take care of it.

Hope that helps...
