Indian takeaway/restaurant food make me feel blocked, why?
Discussion
Every so often I get an urge to eat a kebab. Not the typical Elephant’s leg type, more of the chicken tikka type. Unfortunately, the morning after I always feel bloody awful, to the extent that I have decided to abstain from the beloved kebab. It doesn’t happen if I have chicken tikka from an Indian restaurant whether it is a sit-in or takeaway, just the local chippies.

If you think the food might not be getting digested as quick as it should be, get some apple cider vinegar, dilute it say 50/50 with water or apple juice, drink it after your meal. Rinse your mouth out though, it's acidic. You might get some acidy gas produced as the food is broken down to start with (might not0 but that should settle fairly quickly once the liquidation is underway. I keep a bottle at home exactly for this.
