Please can anyone recommend anywhere for getting full suspension set-up carried out on an M2 Competition with M Performance coilover suspension? I'm based nr Milton Keynes.

Center Gravity
Not the cheapest but brilliant at setting car suspension up.

Thanks. Also - what is a sensible ride height for these cars?

At the moment, the car as I bought it is sat too low. Looks cool, but makes for a stressful experience when it comes to speed humps etc.

Another vote for Center Gravity, transformed my M2C on MP coil overs after main dealer messed it up.
Rides slightly higher than BMW specs but still looks great.

I am currently at Suspension Secrets having the M-Perf coilovers installed with camber plates and adjustable rear toe arms. Its going to be corner weighted as well so I'll let you know how I get on.

Thanks guys. Out of interest, what compression and rebound setting are you guys using for the road?

Been considering a suspension change on my M2, M perf / Litchfield etc. as the stock suspension feels awful and gives no confidence etc.

I previously a number of years ago had a 135i with the Birds package and it was fantastic.

The M-Performance is certainly a vast improvment. Less crashy and much more progressive. Two things about this car from factory leave me scratching my head:

1) Terrible suspension setup
2) Sport Plus throttle map which is entirely unusable. Allow no throttle control, complete unpredictable and almost digital in its Nothing/everything delivery.

New suspension, camber plates, rear toe arms and a setup along with driving in Sport/Sport has made it a completely different prospect.
