Low speed rattle

I’m getting a intermittent loose rattle that sounds like suspension bushes or possibly shock absorber valving but it’s a bit loud for that. I can only hear it at low speed over the occasional bumps in the road.

Had all four wheel off the ground and cannot detect any play in the suspension, bearings, diff etc. been prying at all the bushes with a screwdriver and the exhaust is mounting is fine.

Engine or gearbox rubber mounts knackered?

Replaced my engine mounts and made sure all the coolant hoses were strapped on tight after I put my engine and gearbox back in. You'll be amazed how many rattles and bumps have now gone.

I'd actually a very quiet car now
