Global Blue tax refunds... How long to process?

Hi all,

As per title, anyone know how long we should wait for the refund?

8 days now and no sign.

Last time I did it when working outside the UK/EU was circa 2019/20

IIRC it was at least a couple of weeks and may have been as many as 4 on one occasion?

I also think it depends on how you expect to get refunded...to a bank account or to a CC. No-doubt you will be played a bit longer for a CC refund.

Sorry for the non-answer but your week-long wait seems quick to me.

A credit card so I'll wait a few weeks.

First one I've done so a bit green about it all.

I got a circa 3k refund to my CC in about 10 days with global blu back in July after a purchase in Rome

To finish this off, I got a notification of the refund having been processed.

11 weeks later.
