Help Identifying this Boot Liner

Can anyone shed any light on what this boot liner fits?
It's been driving us nuts, not helped by the online suppliers only have generic pictures on the websites.

It was "inherited" by a mate but neither of us have any clue what it fits.
Give the recess in the centre I was thinking of some van but it only has 1 wheel arch and what appears to be a moulding on the bottom left for a fuel filler?

So what vehicle has only one wheel arch in the boot, on the LH side, either double doors or a lift-up tailgate and a filler cap on the LH rear of the vehicle?

Would think all pickup type vehicles would have matching wheel arch intrusion so something more luxurious where there is storage or something else down one side. Land-rover Discovery 3 looks similar but intrusion on the other side. Large 4x4 I would guess.

Is it not a wheel arch as such but where a spare wheel would sit ?

That's what I thought at first but seems too small so I'm going for a subwoofer.

I can't think of a vehicle where the spare would be that far forward and it would have to sit very low to only stick up that far.
