Rear stib axle

My 98 Chim has developed an annoying squeak that I've narrowed down to a bent stub axle (N/S Rear the bit that goes through the hub with splines on.

I know its off a ford (Sierra/Granada etc family) but not sure which one.

Anyone know which one it is and got a part number.

Found this on ebay, is it the right one ?
Not saying I would buy this as never heardpf them but ay least I'd have a variant as ref.
