Found myself buying this today to ease child car sharing challenges. It popped up on our local town FB for sale page and went to take a look. Badly painted drivers door was the first thing I noticed. Otherwise, looking tidy enough for its 96000 miles. No service history but strong MOT passes for all bar one so I think sellers claim of it was lost by previous owners could be real.
Needs a good clean and the air con isn’t cold. Revs alter when switched on so hope it’s a re-gas. Drives really well though.
It’s a MINI One 1.4 and I got it for £1050 which I think (hope) is a good price. Will get it serviced and checked over (although this was recently done by the local garage with a clean bill of health) but as kids driving it, I’ll prefer to make my own decisions on that.
It brightens up the driveway too!
Now they are fighting over this or the same age Polo Match!

The earlier BMW Minis are great fun to thrash around in (but maybe don't tell your kids)!
At least it will be easy to find in a car park. My current 3 Series is Sparkling Graphite and if I take it anywhere and park it in a field it's a bugger finding it in a sea of silver and grey. The Imola Red 3 Series I had before was so much better.
Still yours has A/C which I think was still an option on these when new - hope you can get it sorted.
