House deeds / land registry

Hi,

Looking for a bit of advice if possible.

My Mum and Dad bought a new build in 2020. Dad has sadly recently passed away and I am looking into how we amend the land registry/deeds. When searching here (https://search-property-information.service.gov.uk/?_ga=2.227252893.1011285419.1624257816-2123334908.1623227908) the property doesn't appear to be registered although the other houses in the small development are.

What should I do from here? We are trying to get this sorted as Mum wants to sell the house and downsize etc.

Start by asking polite questions of the conveyancer you used in 2020. They should be able to tell you if it's a LR cockup, or theirs
