'anybody been recently?

My wife wants some pre-winter sun.

We've been there a couple of times, and the late Sept / early Oct temperatures suit both of us.

I am one of the dirty unjabbed, have never worn a mask, and don't intend to now.

I've looked online for clarification about masks, but there are references/clauses that I find unclear.

So, who's got recent experience?

Went in July, no one was wearing masks, everywhere was pretty much back to normal.

I went last October, the weather was cracking, we were supposed to be going again this October but the wife is having an operation. It’s incredibly inconsiderate of her. I’d go on my own but she can’t drive after the op so I’ll need to pick her up from the hospital.

A month ago there was little sign of mask use except on public transport where it seemed to be taken quite seriously.

I came back last week. No masks anywhere except on public transport, but I think that directive ends soon so worth checking. No other constraints.

Was there for a wedding last week, absolutely 0 maskage anywhere apart from the Uber drivers, who were anyway unbothered if you didn't wear one
