is anyone with tradeX?

Having a real hard time adding a vehicle to the MID. it's just a vauxhall 1.4 hybrid but it's been flagged for some odd reason. Says it'll be manually reviewed within 48 hours. 48 hours has passed but still not been added.

Only just joined tradeX after being with tradewise for years and it's a real rocky ride so far.

Anyone experienced this? My policy allows me to have even high performance the lot, so not sure why this vehicle is being flagged.
