Commercial company vehicle

Accountant is on holiday hence the questions on here.
We attend many exhibitions in the UK meaning carting huge stands and other bits around in the family estate which isn’t ideal. I’m thinking a Land Rover 110 (old version) would make sense for the 10-15 trips a year.
Can anyone tell me which 110s would qualify as a commercial company vehicle? Ideally looking for 4 seats (double cab type) as 3/4 of us attend these events. I read some there that all 110s with the utility pack quality but the internet throws up many answers which make it confusing.
