Travel Insurance and Sports Competitions

Since most general travel insurance doesn't cover participation in sports competitions, can anybody recommend a provider or solution for this, please? It's not something I've ever had to buy before.

I'll definitely look into this. I've had one other recommendation for them, from elsewhere too.
