Montenegro for a week

Were off to Herceg-Novi, Montenegro next week and was wondering if anyone had been and have any tips for places to visit? We will have a car for the week so we can get out and about.

Montenegro is like Croatia used to be some 20 years ago.

Herceg Novi is right by the bay of Kotor which is well worth a drive round to Kotor town and beyond. If you want to have a wander round the town then get there before the coach parties do. You can take a boat trip from either Kotor or Herceg Novi round the bay.

There's great waterside restaurants at Bokeski Gusti a bit further round the bay and roads in the mountains behind Herceg Novi to the north east are pretty stunning too.
