Accountant recommendations - South West/South Wales

With impeccable timing our accountant is retiring!

Year end in November and significant business expansion in the next quarter - nightmare.

We’re looking for someone who can handle all the year end/filing stuff and payroll for approx 40 staff.

It would be great to have someone who can also advise on aspects of tax planning and future business structuring too. (We have two other smaller separate companies)

Whilst finding someone South Wales/South West based would be ideal, anywhere along the M4 also works.

Jessica Pillow is very inspirational - someone I have known for many years - you will have to be comfortable dealing with female accountants though
They are based just outside Chippenham - so not far off the M4
They are big advocates (and early adopters) of cloud accounting systems - esp. Xero I believe.
