991.2 GT3 Child Seat Preparation
Discussion
Hello
I’m looking to buy a 991.2 GT3.
Please can I ask do all non bucket passenger seats have iso fix points?
And do all cars come with the switch in the glovebox to turn off the air bag?
I’ve read some contradicting info online and would like to get confirmation as to whether it’s standard or a paid for option that I need to be looking for in the cars spec when buying.
My children are 4 and 7. What is the best forward facing seat option to use that doesn’t damage the seat?
Thanks

I have a 991.1 with comfort seats.
I have a Halfords Group 2 non-isofix seat that is good for up to 7yo. With your kids I would look to a high back booster seat if the youngest is height/weight compliant, I forget the exactly model which is recommended for these but it is a little slimmer than the seat I use. This said, the Halfords seat fits perfectly in the comfort seats and doesn't leave a mark, believe me when I say I am fussy about this.
Reference airbag deactivation. This is only really necessary when fitting a rear facing seat. For forward facing just push the seat back as far as you can so you clear the airbag's range. It's not like you have rear leg room to consider
