how do i get into this pipe?!

i've a feeling that it's the cause of the rattle that i've not managed to track down yet - as i've tightened everything else!! but how do i get in to see this pipe?

someone suggested securing it using expanding foam! now this sounds easy peasy! so i'd like to give it a go for all the money it'll cost but i've no idead how to get into the sill in the first place!?

anyone help?

Not the answer you are looking for but have a look at my last post, have you eliminated that possibility?

yup unfortunatelly was one of the first things i checked! althoguht admittedly it was after i tightened the window assembly in the doors and fixed the striker pins. but the rear window is fine - noise is not coming from that direction anyway but you cna never tell so i checked it anyway.

thanks tho - any suggesting always very happily accepted as it's driving me MAD!
