USD GBP prediction

With all the recent KamiKwasi goings on, what are peoples thoughts on the next few days and weeks of USD/GBP rates?
My reason for caring is that I currently have some dollars that I would like to convert into GBP. While my procrastination has so far been a great strategy, I would love to optimise my strategy further as another few percent would be a reasonable chunk of change.
Opinions welcome on what my target rate / timeframe should be. (My account allows me to set an auto convert rate allowing me to pick a number and wait for it to hopefully exist briefly, at which point it should collect - I'm assuming I can make use of the recent volatility this way?).
