I got a pair of these a couple of years ago from my physio after issues with my Achilles’ tendon. Made the shoes I put them in much more comfortable.

Tried to order some over the summer, for both myself and my wife, direct from their website. No sign of goods, no reply to phone or email.

So, two questions.

Does anyone know if they’ve closed down for good? Based in Glasgow by the details on their website if anyone local knows.

Can anyone recommend a good quality alternative insole.

I'm not familiar with that one, but I bought some "Sole Mates" back in 2019 and they made a lot more difference than I expected them to - I expected to be unimpressed and feel like a victim of a smooth salesman, but they did actually help. They have a two-year warranty which I had to claim on because one went flat, and they sent me replacements with no issue. I need some more again now (I doubt the warranty period reset itself) and I bought some cheap eBay gel insoles for a fiver and they were rubbish, no support at all. When I get round to it I'm going to order another pair of the proper ones.
