Anyone on here attending Friday?

Mandy at PCGB has a few cancellations to fill if it’s of interest to anyone.

Si was after a place mate, unless he now has one?

Weather forecast is pretty dire...

Be fun for us again then, once everyone else is hiding in their garages!

I’ll let Si know, thanks.

It was pretty rough there last year as well.

Hopefully the morning should be dry as it was a bit scary in the wet!

It was late October last year I think, proper dodgy in the morning!

Does anyone know if the Shell garage at the crossroads is open again after its refurb?

As a rough guide, how much air should I be letting out of my tyres on track? My car is a 996 turbo and it always feels a bit floaty on the tyres,
but I've never adjusted the pressures.

Yep re-opened this week - bet you're not as excited by that as my wife is to now have a Waitrose just up the road!

30-32PSI all round is a kind of Porsche average. I'm not sure about 4WD turbos though, it may be different.

Morning looks decent and will be much quieter than a Javelin Saturday

Yes, it looks like it could be a good day to play around in the rain ... relatively slowly and with plenty of room smile

Wishing everyone a safe day. My brother, Mark, is there with a 996 - NL52WRD - if anyone could say hello and make sure his tyre pressures are correct it would be appreciated. beer

No worries, tell him to come over and say hello - mine's a yellow 718 GT4 with black stripes, you can't miss it smile

I'll also be the one everyone's overtaking laugh

Had a few fast passenger laps in a 992 GT3 before the rain came...

What a machine!!! I was absolutely blown away at how fast it could corner and brake, obviously being in with a fast driver helps but that was brutal!

Thanks to Carl at Porsche Chester for the opportunity to experience it.
