What do to after this RAC inspection?

I'm looking to purchase a Suzuki Swift from a vendor and I paid for an RAC inspection as my knowledge on cars isn't great and I don't have someone knowlegeable to view the car. The results of the inspections are here - https://imgur.com/a/pbfEioR

I was wondering what/how to follow up on these issues?

I mean that’s just a cam cover gasket and replacing a consumable item, a tyre?

Looks fine to me. A tyre and a rocker cover gasket isn’t the end of the world.

Cam cover gasket/rocker cover gasket - how much would that typically cost to get fixed from a garage?

Looks like an ideal bit of information to negotiate on the price. I wouldn't expect big things though as we're not talking big money to rectify the likely issues.

new tyre and check the cover, will be done and replaced. buy it if you like it

Shoud be a couple of hundred quid at an indy

A weeping cam cover will probably continue to weep fine until the car reaches the end of its usable life.

It will be a very simple job on a swift to replace, hours labour + parts I'd guess.

I wouldn't worry about those items at all.
Buy it, drive it and See what's picked up on next service
