That is lovely and it is nice to see a cherished example. Most of these were ruined when they dropped to £7-10k about 6-10 years ago. Values for nice examples are well up now.

I don't need big brakes the way i drive it lol, but they would improve on the sex appeal i agree, but big bucks for a decent set up

Yes, i got mine just before the prices went north. a desent car when i got it, with room for improvement.
I've spent the last 9 years making it as good as it can be, work includes:-

RACP re-enforced and a brace bar wielded in the boot. all brake pipes changed and all parts powder coated before re fitting
Vanos sorted by Mr vanos
Big end shell replaced 2k miles ago
Oil pump replaced at the same time
New brake discs all round

Replica CSL carbon boot lid and front spliters
BC Racing coilovers
Carbon intake "not CSL unfortunately lol)

Two new front wings
respray from the the glass down any rust found, cut out and replaced with steel.

So should be ok for a few years to come, and give my wallet a break lol

Glad you’ve got it back to how it is now…

I know everyone’s tastes are different, but for me now. OEM is best
