As a member of the AA they offer a free service called 'AA Accident Assist'. If you have an accident the AA will arrange recovery and repair of your vehicle and deal directly with your car insurer on your behalf.
Has anybody used AA accident assist? I was wondering what is the benefit of using this service instead of just contacting your car insurer directly yourself?
