Any idea what this says?

I've just had a FPN for parking in Lewisham - I'm 270 miles away and from viewing the council website, I can see the car, although the same model is a different colour & spec, so should be easy enough to dispute (cloned plate). Just trying to do a bit of detective work myself and noticed this sticker on front window. Any idea what it says or anyone recognise the logo?

Just been un-distorting it in Photoshop in case it became more legible, but looks like I've been beaten to it. Anyway, to make me feel a little less crestfallen, here's my effort anyway...

So the VRM in the picture on the website is definitely the same as your car?

The only thing that went through my mind is, as the car is similar but different the plates could also be similar (but different ) if they were supplied the same week.

You often see consecutive plates. I was thinking a screw head or something makes one plate read as another.

Yes, exactly the same. Car is basic spec, our is a Veloce. Badges different colour, interior different colour and exterior paint colour different.

Not wanting to tempt fate, but after this one hit, there hasn't been anything else. So caught with the faulty plate or swapped for another of the same colour?
