F10/11 sat nav options

Evening people,

I’m looking at the F11’s, and I’m trying to find the difference between advanced business and professional systems?

I assume both have the wider screens and bigger idrive dial. With only the basic business Idrive having smaller screen and dial.

When looking through brochures, I can’t seem to find one which gives the info I’m looking for.

Any help will be great.

Go for professional sat nav if you can Luke

That's what my F01 had; I updated it to 2022 maps via satnavupgrades.co.uk - came on a USB stick for c£40 IIRC

Worked superbly and that's the full sized screen, can have it split etc

Ideally that’s what I’m looking after. Not seen many with. Most seem advanced business. Saw a white f11 diesel. Good history with rear camera, price slowly dropping. Pro Nav on it. https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202208309...

There are only two systems - Business and Professional.

Business has the smaller screen and smaller controller. Professional has the larger screen and on models from July 2013 onwards, the larger controller.

Oh, just odd that some adverts state the sat nav on a 64 plate is business advanced, even with the bigger screen.
