Challenger Banks

while looking at the best rates for my cash I have come across quiet a few challenger banks.
Some of these seem to have reputable board members.
Digging deeper the reviews seem to indicate very poor customer service and just a real ball ached to deal with.
I think I'm going to stay with the mainstream.
