Moving Current Account

Does anyone move their current account and take advantage of the cash money being offered to switch?

I am about to do it again as I see it as a no brainer.

Am I missing something?

Credit scores. Long standing accounts, i.e. primary bank accounts can have a small positive effect. Opening accounts can have a tiny negative effect.

I changed a few times a couple of years back, no big issues and all done automatically.

Did confuse things when we re-mortgaged, and lender wanted statements to show where funds had been held.
