I thought it might be useful to make a thread in here for...

- cooking utensils/tools/equipment you've recently bought and feel to share thoughts about. (anything food/kitchen/cooking related)
- stuff you bought and wish you bought sooner (in a similar vein to the 'tools you wish you bought sooner' thread).

I always like checking out these kind of threads, its gone some way into impacting the things that I've bought too.

So what have you?
(cheap, expensive, doesnt matter, no boundries here)

I'll get stick from the sharpening purists but minosharp makes sharpening knives to a very good edge (cuts paper easily) quick and straightforward.

Opinel bread knife - inexpensive, very sharp and makes a decent job of slicing large, awkward home made sourdough loaves. Opinel also make nice cheap steak knives and tomato knives

The Ninja Air Fryer has been a revelation and definitely something I should have bought sooner.
