Recommend me an organic no added sulphate wine?

I’m trying to find a wine either red or white with no added sulphites, naturally occurring is fine, but for some reason the EU changed the law around what being no added sulphites means, so even if it says organic it might still have been processed

I guess a “raw wine” would be the sort of thing I’m looking for

Usually go for sauvignon blanc, but no preference on red.
