New M3 Cameras J2-J4

Good Afternoon All, I was wondering if anybody would be able to identify what type of cameras these are in the attached photos taken from google street view on the M3. I was wondering if they are the new noise camera or phone cameras.

Just for clarification they are currently located between J2 & J4 in both directions.

Any help would be much appreciated.
