Omega clasp adjustment/fix

Picked up a 2014 Mk2 Speedmaster in September. It’s in mint condition, just serviced and refurb’d by Omega - I purchased it online from a jewellers about 60 miles away (closer and I’d have been back already). I’ve noticed though that the clasp is a little too easy to pop open i.e. putting some pressure under the buckle you can force it open without needing to press the side release buttons.

Can these be adjusted? Was thinking about taking it to the official Omega store near me but then thought will they just bend me over and any other jeweller might be able to adjust it. Or is it a case of sending it to Omega for them to have a look? It’s not a huge issue but it’s not ideal worrying about it dropping off my wrist if I’m not careful.

Take it into the Boutique and let them sort it out. They have just had it for a service and I'd be surprised if they didn't sort this for you at no cost. Omega customer service is excellent

Thanks. Spoke to the jeweller today and they said they could probably do it but as Omega is closer I'll try them first. If its a case of sending it away for X weeks I'll just take it to where I got it from next time I'm over that way.
