My Stag runs lumpy at 30 mph

My Stag runs lumpy at 30 mph, it feels like you are putting your foot up and down on the accelerator very slightly.

Andy, couple of questions. First is the engine the origional Stag V8 or has it been swapped for the Rover Lump, Second, when is it doing this, is it when the engine is cold, hot, all the time, on overrun or just when coasting along ?.

It a very good ford 3 ltr, bored to 3.1cc, just had the valve seats done about 600 miles ago, but it was happening before that also.
You feel it when its warm or cold when you cruise along at say 30.
