What do you get for £725 these days… Bit of an old nail… Not really.
Picked this up yesterday morning, 2005 FZ6, 38k, long mot, new matching tyres, serviced, master key, top box and rack, I’m pretty chuffed.
Owner had upgraded to a Honda nc750x.
My first ‘modern’ bike, I love the dash and under seat exhausts, compared to my TDM it needs a good handful of revs to move, I have only ridden up and down the street, insurance does not come in until next Saturday, can’t wait.
As per the bosses instructions of one in, one out I put the tdm up for sale yesterday afternoon, bought and collected by 17.00.

I’d have that for £725 all day long.
Nice little bargain you’ve got yourself there.

Can't complain at that, any bike with long MOT and new tyres has got to be worth that.

Wot I was going to ask!

Even if it needed a couple of new tyres, that's a damn good deal.

As far as the previous owner is concerned he has deleted the advert…
Found a chain oiler under the seat, along with a seemingly unused, complete toolkit and around the front of the bike is hardwired a trickle charge point. :-)

I borrowed my Uncle's one for a while when my Speed Four fried it's regulator/rectifier.

Was INCREDIBLY easy to ride fast. Just seemed to require such little effort to really push on yet at the same time was VERY docile at low revs. Maybe the riding position of my Speed Four was just so cramped and focused in comparsion. Don't get me wrong, the S4 would have cornered faster if you really thought about it but the Fazer was fantastic for the road. The only thing I didn't like were the brakes which felt st in comparison to my S4 - may have been my Uncle's complete and total lack of maintenance however.....

This has my kind of riding position, I am over 60 with knackered everything, can’t do crouching anymore.
From what I am reading the brakes get mentioned a lot, pretty sure there will be a way to fit the thundercat or r6 blue spots.
Well we can forget that idea, needs forks changing, I’ll go with fresh fluid and braided hoses.

Absolute bargain there! I personally thought the days of a sub £1200 bike were gone, thank you for disproving this theory!
