Myenergi Zappi - Advanced menu password

I seem to have locked myself out of charger menu. Looking to add an additional CT for Solar via a Harvi and need to access the advanced menu. Default password 0000, shows "wrong password". Absolutely no idea what it could be, wasn't aware I had changed it.

Left a messgae for Myenergi tech support, in the mean time does anyone know a way to reset back to defaults? I've tried holding the hamburger button for 5 seconds, it resets but doesn't reset password back to default.

Do you have a password set for charging? My password is the same for both.

Charging lock code is default: 44444, doesn't work for Advanced menu
