Removing *some* coolant.

Best way to remove some antifreeze so some fresh can be put in without having to bleed the systems guys?

Use a big medical syringe to take some out of the header tank? Not sure how much there is in there, perhaps 1L. Not sure how much in total though so it might not make enough of a difference.

Stick a tube in the header tank and siphon out as much as you need to.

I keep a few in my shed for this reason, great for taking a bit out when you overfill your brakes/coolant/power-steering
