IE6 font wierdness

Help.

I'm having strange problems with the fonts in IE6 (I think). I first noticed it on PH over the weekend, the font size appears to have shrunk and the smaller letters are very poorly resolved. I was going to post on the Website feedback forum until I noticed a similar problem on Google.

Am I alone in this or is there an obvious solution?

Have you checked you haven't accidentally changed your font size?
In IE, click on the menu "view" and then "text size". Mine is set to medium.

You might also want to check the font type - again, under the menu "view", have a look at the option "encoding". Mine is currently set to "Western European (windows)". As I don't use IE as my web browser, I'm going to assume these are the defaults, and so you might want to check your options are the same as mine...

Do you have a scroll wheel mouse?

Press CTRL & scroll the wheel - that changes the font size as well. (as I found out when my cats arse was on the CTRL key...)

The scroll wheel trick only works on the main pages, not forum pages. Does anyone know why.
