Charlie having a clear out already I see.

Auction at MB World on 26 November with no reserve. Seeing as Diana's Escort RS turbo went for something silly like £650k a few months ago, I can't begin to imagine what this might fetch.

Other lots look nice too though.

Nothing like as much as Princess Diana's car, I reckon.

Always minded what a lovely thing the X-Type estate is, when nicely spec'd.

I suspect it'll be bonkers money for a 13 year old X-Type, but not anywhere near Princess Diana's Escort bonkers.

If it even made 6 figures, I'd fall off my chair.

Cripes, less than 20 grand for a (slightly rough) 90's AM Virage?

Shed of the week if ever there was one!

Oh now that makes me start looking at ISA’s thinking “what rainy day, exactly, are we planning for…”

I thought Jaguar stopped making petrol X-Types before 2009 - then again if Her Maj asked for one they would find a way!

Lovely car - if only it wasn't an Auto. and didn't cost over £600 a year to tax. frown

The countach intrigues me, didn't think there was 60k in a rover powered kitcar - that money gets you into an actual Italian supercar no? A relevent one too if you want? Also who has a kitcar built then keeps it immaculate while not driving it for 30 years?
