Who signed that off!

Spotted this grammatically challenged sign this morning. Who signs these off?!



Clearly nobody understood it as access to my close was completely blocked by queuing cars this evening.

These signs are designed to be flexible so workers can cover up “of junction” so it would just read “keep clear at all times”

Uncovered fully….yes looks bad but I believe designed as such. You can see the little fixings where you can attach plates to cover it.

Workers could cover up Of Junction if it was in the middle and it would still read:

KEEP CLEAR
